Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We currently only ship to addresses within the UK mainland. We do not offer international shipping or delivery to the Channel Islands at this time.

2. Order Processing & Packing

  • Standard Processing: We aim to have all orders packed and ready for dispatch within 1 to 2 weeks however this could be sooner depending on demand.

  • Availability: Processing times are subject to stock availability and current demand. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via the email address provided at checkout.

3. Shipping Estimates

Once your order has been packed and handed over to our courier:

  • Delivery Time: Approximately 2 to 3 business days.

  • Total Lead Time: Please allow up to 17 business days from the date of your order for your items to arrive.

  • Statutory Limit: In accordance with UK law, if your goods are not delivered within 30 days of your order date, you are entitled to cancel the order for a full refund.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. You will be able to view the final shipping total before completing your purchase.

5. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been posted. This email will contain your tracking number (if applicable), which will be active within 24 hours.

6. Delays & Issues

While we strive to meet the above timelines, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If your order has not arrived within 21 days, please contact contact@nuzzlesandsnuggles.co.uk so we can investigate.

7. Passing of Risk We remain responsible for the goods until they are physically delivered to you or a person identified by you to take possession of them. If you ask a courier to leave the item in a "safe place" against our advice, the risk passes to you once the item is left in that location.
